Chainlink Fence Installation
Starting yet another project. I always have a bunch of neighborhood dogs running around and leaving "presents" in the back yard for me to find/step on, so I decided we needed a fence to help keep them out. Plus, it will be easier to keep the toddler wrangled in :)

And line posts last. I couldn't get them all dug the same depth, so I'll have to cut them to height once I'm done.

My grandfather (Papa) had an old gate leaning against his back fence, so I repurposed it. It was pretty rusty, so I Rustoleumed it

Ratcheting the fence made the endpost come loose, so I had to dig all the concrete out from yesterday

And now on to the north side. Got 9 of 18 poles put in, halfway there. The dirt is quite a bit rockier on this side of the yard.

Northeast fence done (aside from the bottom tension wire, saving that for last), looking pretty nice if I do say so myself

North fence done. I didn't do chainlink on the west or south fence, as there was already barbwire there. So I just dressed it up with some field fencing on top of it to help keep things from coming in out of the field.

Decided to move the grill out away from the deck to reduce fire risk, and wanted to use this faux rock mold I've had laying around for a couple of years.

I was impressed with how neato it looks, and will look even better with some grout of some sort in the cracks. Neat stuff
