Had originally planned to have a seagull or albatross, but as you all know, birds with feathers aren't an easy task in the CG world. So I decided upon some friendly dolphins instead; I think they'll make a more humorous situation in my story than the bird anyway, so no big deal there. Anyways, here's a few renders of him.

Captain Ted is underway

I've jumped into the production process for Capt. Ted, and things are going smoothly so far. The script isn't fully completed, nor is the storyboard, but in order to keep my short attention span focused, I decided to go ahead and start working on the "meat and potatoes" bit of the project: the actual animation and rendering. I'm happy to report that the project is making me more and more excited the more I accomplish with it, so hopefully, this will come to complete fruition, and I won't get bored with it as I have with so many others. Here's a couple of renders from the first few scenes I've been putting together.
