Playing with the island

I played with a few different types of leaves on the tree (these solid leaves make it a banana tree), and edited the ocean settings and colors, hopefully arriving at a more tropical look. Yes, I cheated and used a photo for the cloud background, although I tried to be legit and use the "Cloud Generator" plugin, but I couldn't get them to look right. Perhaps in the end, I'll do some good cloud renders by themselves for use as background images, rather than photos...

I'm sure at some point I'll make some sort of "Lost" reference (or maybe I'll "Easter Egg" it in there somewhere... if I can do it without infringing anything...), but for now, I'll just show you some of my test footage of the wind blowing the water, tree, and grass. I'm currently rendering a test video of this scene, and I'll be sure to put it up on my Youtube page when it's done. Hopefully this quick little scene will bring some summer sun to your winter cold.
